Membership

Qualifications for Membership - ( By-laws 2.02 p. 4)

An individual who:

• has successfully completed a course prescribed by the Board; or
  
• holds a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate (PCOC)
  

may apply to become a Member of the Corporation and shall become a Member upon admission by the Board and payment of the annual dues in accordance with Section 3.01 of these By-laws.

Each Member in good standing shall be entitled to notice of, attend, participate and vote at all Meetings of Members.

For purposes of these By-laws, “good standing” means a Member who is not in default of paying his or her annual dues and whose membership has not been suspended pursuant to Section 3.05 of these By-laws.

Each Member shall have one (1) vote at Meetings of Members.
