District Membership Officer (DMO)
- Ensures
all Squadrons in District have a Membership Officer (SMO)

Maintains
a current list of SMOs

Assists
them with recruitment and renewal programs and programs to encourage members to
maintain their membership profile

Encourages SMOs to contact lapsed members
- Performs such duties as delegated by the D/C, District Council or National Membership Officer
