District and Squadrons Governance Model/ Organizational Structure

The District Squadrons administration and resources are gathered into one superstructure with five lines of operation:

1. Governance
2. Educational
3. Membership
4. Communications and Marketing
5. Finances

Districts may pilot an alternate model, subject to Board approval
