How to Order Card Replacements:

Please follow these steps to order your card replacement (CanBoat / NautiSavoir, CPS-ECP or Red Cross) online:

If you don’t have an account or if you are unsure

1. Open canboat.ca
2. Click on “Create Account”, then fill out the required information: First Name, Last Name, Email (you will be notified if the email is already in use), and Date of Birth. Once completed, click “Continue” to proceed.
3. You will be notified if a matching existing account is found
4. If the account belongs to you, set your New Password and click “Reclaim” to proceed.
5. You will receive a notification stating, “Your account has been successfully created.” Please check your email for the verification link. (Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.).
6. Click on “Confirm Email”, and you will be redirected to the Canboat website to login.
7. You will see a confirmation message stating, “Your account has been verified.” Simply log in to your account to access your profile.

If you already have an account, you can login to the website by clicking on the Login button

1. Go to My Profile (under your name on the top right) and verify your address and update it if needed, as well as all the other personal information.
2. Proceed to Store by clicking on the Shop at the top of the page. Once on the store, choose the card you need to order – Click on the “+” sign and proceed to payment. If you are not a member, or if your membership has expired, please choose non-member price.
3. Verify that the shipping address is correctly populated and checkout

After the card has been ordered, the process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Note: you will receive a temporary digital card by email.

If you didn’t get your card from us, simply look for your profile on Transport Canada’s course provider lookup tool, then contact the provider. Or to order replacement cards from CanBoat / NautiSavoir send a screen shot confirming that you have PCOC in the databank to: cartes-cards@cps-ecp.ca.
