The Western Ontario District is one of 16 districts across the country and was the first to be formed. The purpose of a District is to listen to the Squadrons and provide a voice at National level for them. The real work of guiding and instructing Ontario boaters in safety is done at the Squadron level. The members of the District are all proud Squadron members and often work on committees in their home “port.” The District coordinates initiatives designed to further the goals of CPS-ECP, principally aimed at providing the Ontario boater with a safe and enjoyable experience. District wide events held during the warmer months bring together members from all Squadrons for weekends of fun. Please visit our Squadron website’s for Event and Courses you can participate in. Check out the Member benefits – often the low cost of membership is made up by taking advantage of one or two deals. |
